These terms form a legally binding agreement that all players using the 33mmr platform (https://33mmr.wine) must read and understand. By accessing this website, opening an account, or playing any games, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms.

1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account. Accounts opened using the same personal details, IP address, or payment method may be closed immediately and funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information when registering. If an account is registered with incorrect details, strong proof of identity may be required before any withdrawal is processed.

2.3 Account Security

Do not share your account login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Suspension

33mmr may, at its discretion, suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice — particularly in cases suspected to involve fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of services.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

On the 33mmr platform, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be accepted.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. After a withdrawal request is approved, funds normally arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours. For any withdrawal, supporting documents may be requested to verify ownership of the funds.

3.4 Payment Method Consistency

The payment method used for deposits must match the one used for withdrawals. If they do not match, the payment may be delayed and additional verification may be required.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 33mmr welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 20 times.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets worth 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be claimed again on subsequent deposits.
• If you make a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus funds and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• If betting patterns that violate policy are detected (for example, using the bonus strategically to hedge bets), the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus offers apply together with their own specific terms and conditions.

4.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

33mmr has 5 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As a player's betting volume increases, they can move up through the levels and receive weekly cashback — Bronze 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 1.0%, Diamond 1.2% and above.

5. Gaming Policies

5.1 Fair Play

At 33mmr, all players are protected by SSL encryption technology for fair play, and operations are carried out on a system with no possibility of manipulation.

5.2 Prohibited Betting Practices

• Intentionally exploiting game glitches.
• Strategically playing using bonus abuse tactics against the bonus terms.
• Collusion with other parties.
• Using bots or automated software to play.

If any of these practices are detected, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be suspended.

5.3 Game Results

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Liability for Losses

If a game is interrupted due to server issues, internet disconnection, or technical problems on the player's end, the game result cannot be adjusted. However, if bonus funds are missing from an incomplete game session, you may contact support.

7. Anti-Money Laundering

33mmr conducts checks to prevent money laundering and illegal funds from entering the platform. When withdrawing after depositing and playing with large amounts, players may be required to submit documents showing the source of their funds.
